Construction & Execution

  • Three-layer waterproofing system

Most residential pools take 8–14 weeks from contract signing to water commissioning, depending on size, complexity, and finish selected. Larger competition or resort pools may take 16–20 weeks. Readymade FRP pools can be installed in as little as 7 days. During Step 2, our engineer provides a precise project schedule unique to your build.
Residential pools typically range from ₹15–40 lakhs depending on size, finish, and location. Infinity pools and feature-rich pools start from ₹25 lakhs. Competition and resort pools vary widely based on scale. We provide detailed, itemized, transparent quotes after a free site visit — no vague estimates, no hidden surprises.
Our 10-year structural warranty covers the concrete shell, the three-layer waterproofing system, and the plumbing infrastructure. It does not cover surface tile wear, chemical damage from improper maintenance, or equipment parts (which are covered separately under AMC).
